Notebook: FEMA opens center in Robeson County
The federal government has opened a disaster recovery center in Robeson County. The Federal Emergency Management Agency center is at the Robeson County Department of Social Services at 435 Caton Road in Lumberton, federal officials said in news release Saturday.
