First details on Intel X79 Express chipset

There were published the slides from the presentation of Intel, which give a first impression on the chipset X79 Express. The chipset is designed for motherboards with the upper segment LGA2011 CPU socket. Corresponding processors Sandy Bridge – E, according to preliminary data, should appear in the final quarter of this year. They will have built a four DDR3 memory and PCI Express 32 lines.
