1. 5,000 bonus points credited within 8-10 weeks of first purchase. Purchase must be made within one year from the time of Card account opening.

2. Charge eligible purchases totaling $5,000 or more each year as described below and receive a $500 off certificate that the basic Cardmember may apply towards the purchase price or lease down payment of a new Mercedes-Benz vehicle at an authorized Mercedes-Benz dealership. This offer is not valid for the Mercedes-Benz SLS Roadster or SLS Coupe and may not be used towards the purchase price or lease down payment of a Certified Pre-Owned Mercedes-Benz vehicle. The $5,000 purchase threshold resets to $0 each year on the anniversary of the date your Card account was opened. Eligible purchases are purchases of goods or services minus returns and credits, and do NOT include: fees, interest charges, balance transfers, cash advances, purchases of traveler’s checks, purchases or reloading of reloadable prepaid cards, or purchases of cash equivalents. This certificate is valid for the Cardmember or members of the basic Cardmember’s immediate family residing at the same address listed on the certificate (“eligible family member”). Except as stated in the preceding sentence, this offer may not be transferred. Limit one certificate per new vehicle purchase or lease. The basic Cardmember or eligible family member must present this certificate to an authorized Mercedes-Benz dealer along with proof of identification. Cardmember or eligible family member must purchase or lease a new Mercedes-Benz vehicle by the expiration date on the certificate to receive the discount. Certificates expire within one (1) year from date of issue. This offer cannot be combined with the European Delivery Program, Fleet Programs or any other Mercedes-Benz Certificate [or Rebate] programs. It will typically take from 6-8 weeks to receive your certificate from Mercedes-Benz Financial Services. If the Cardmember or eligible family member is leasing or financing the new vehicle, they must apply and qualify for credit. 3. If customer is a Mercedes-Benz Credit Card from American Express (the “Card”) Cardmember in good standing, customer is eligible to receive a waiver of up to 1,000 excess miles on the Cardmember’s lease at the time of lease termination. Vehicle must be leased through Mercedes-Benz Financial Services in the name of the Cardmember who is requesting the waiver. At lease termination the Cardmember must be a Cardmember in good standing in order to use this excess mileage waiver. Excess mileage waiver cannot exceed 1,000 miles per lease contract. Limited to one excess mileage waiver per year. Cardmember cannot accumulate or roll-over any unused excess mileage waivers. Waivers are not transferable. Offer does not apply to leases of Certified Pre-Owned Mercedes-Benz vehicles.

4. Following your first eligible purchase on the Card you will receive a $50 certificate to be applied to purchases of Genuine Mercedes-Benz Accessories. Cardmembers will receive additional certificates each year on the anniversary of the date your Card account was opened, provided your Card account is in good standing on such anniversary date. Limited to one $50 certificate per Card account per calendar year. The $50 certificate is valid for purchases of Genuine Mercedes-Benz Accessories made at participating authorized Mercedes-Benz dealerships. It will typically take from 6-8 weeks to receive your certificate from Mercedes-Benz Financial Services. Certificates must be used in person at a participating Mercedes-Benz dealership and may not be used for purchases or leases of automobiles or purchases of parts and service. Excludes any purchases made via the Web site. Certificates expire one (1) year from date of issue, may not be combined and have no cash value.

5. Cardmembers will accrue Membership Rewards points in their program account for every eligible dollar charged and billed on their Mercedes-Benz Credit Card from American Express account as follows: 5 points for every dollar of eligible purchases at authorized Mercedes-Benz dealerships, excluding monthly loan and lease payments, Bonus ID—5976; 3 points for every dollar of eligible purchases of automobile gasoline (individual purchases of $400 or less) at domestic stand-alone gas stations (excluding superstores, supermarkets, convenience stores and warehouse clubs,) Bonus ID—5978; 2 points for every dollar of eligible purchases at restaurants, Bonus ID—5979; and 1 point on all other eligible purchases. Eligible purchases are purchases of goods or services minus returns and credits, and do NOT include: fees, interest charges, balance transfers, cash advances, purchases of traveler’s checks, purchases or reloading of reloadable prepaid cards, or purchases of cash equivalents. The merchant must submit charges under the appropriate merchant or industry code for you to receive 5, 3 and 2 points as described above. 6. Once your application for the Platinum Card® from American Express exclusively for Mercedes-Benz card is approved, you can earn 50,000 Membership Rewards bonus points when you spend $1,000 in your first 3 months of Cardmembership. To be eligible to earn bonus points, you must be enrolled in the Membership Rewards First® program at the time of purchase and you must charge your purchase on an eligible, enrolled Mercedes-Benz Platinum Card. Bonus points are awarded after the spend requirement has been reached and will be credited to your Membership Rewards First Program account. This offer is not valid for existing American Express Platinum Cardmembers. You are eligible to receive bonus points for only one Card account. Additional Cardmembers are not eligible.

7. The Platinum Card® from American Express exclusively for Mercedes-Benz member must be traveling. Name on ticket must match name on the Mercedes-Benz Platinum Card. (Ticket not required for US Airways® Clubs.) The Mercedes-Benz Platinum Cardmember must be 18 years of age to enter the Airport Club Lounge without a parent or guardian for American Airlines Admirals Club® lounges. For Delta Sky Club™ lounges the member must be 18 where there is no self-service bar. The Mercedes-Benz Platinum Cardmember must be 21 years of age to enter into all Airport Club Lounges where there is a self-service bar. Local age restrictions apply in non-U.S. locations. The Mercedes-Benz Platinum Cardmember’s spouse and children under the age of 21 or up to two companions may enter the club as complimentary guests. Code-share and affiliated lounge agreements may not apply. Employee travel-related benefit tickets are not eligible with American Airlines. The Mercedes-Benz Platinum Cardmember must present his or her valid Card, government-issued I.D., and same day airline ticket to club agents. (Ticket not required for US Airways® Clubs.) Complimentary access is specifically for the airport club that corresponds to the airline operating the flight (access pertains to the aircraft, not the flight number) except with respect to American Airlines marketed code share flights with an American Airlines flight number which are also eligible for complimentary access to the lounge. After the first purchase is made with the Platinum Card® from American Express exclusively for Mercedes-Benz, the Cardmember will receive a $100 certificate good for Genuine Mercedes-Benz Accessories. The $100 certificate is valid for purchases of Genuine Mercedes-Benz Accessories made at participating authorized Mercedes-Benz dealerships. Certificates must be used in person at a participating Mercedes-Benz dealership and may not be used for purchases or leases of automobiles or purchases of parts and service.
